About Us

Ann (Bradl) Epperly re-entered public accounting after spending time in the corporate world as a revenue and billing manager.  Ann earned her accounting degree from the University of South Florida, and her MBA from the University of Florida, where she earned a certificate in Supply Chain Management and concentrations in Competitive Strategy and Decision and Information Sciences.  She enjoys assisting clients in running their businesses, providing feedback to help them solve problems.  Ann has experience with QuickBooks, Sage and Foundation accounting software.  After living most of her life in the Clearwater area of Florida, Ann is happy to be permanently back in her hometown of Piqua, Ohio, where she serves on the Piqua Arts Council board, the Wilmas Place Mens Cold Shelter Board and the St. Boniface Reserved Education Foundation.  Ann is a CPA licensed by the state of Ohio and a member of the AICPA.      Ann can be reached at anne@alleybradl.com, or (937) 606-2797 (call, text or fax).

Terri (Teresa) Alley has 17 years’ experience in tax and accounting.  She holds an associate degree in business administration and general management with a certificate in accounting, from Edison State Community College.  As an Enrolled Agent, Terri is a federally-authorized tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers.   Her expertise includes individual and small business income tax returns, as well as quarterly and year-end payroll taxes, monthly bookkeeping and accounting services.  She also handles issues with the IRS, state and municipal taxation departments on behalf of clients and represents clients in IRS audits. Terri was recently featured in a spotlight article at Bloomberg Tax.  She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the National Association of Tax Professionals . Terri is a Darke County native who has called Piqua home for the last 8 years.
